HUBUNGAN KUALITAS SARANA PRASARANA DAN KUALITAS GURU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA JURUSAN TEKNIK BANGUNAN PADA MATA DIKLAT PRODUKTIF

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menguji teori yang diarahkan pada Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan beberapa hal, yaitu mencakup kualitas sarana prasarana, kualitas guru, dan hasil belajar siswa jurusan Teknik Bangunan pada mata diklat produktif SMK Negeri 1 Tuban, serta hubungan antara ketiga hal tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasion. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, analisis dokumentasi cara menyebarkan angket/kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis korelasi Product Moment Pearson dan korelasi ganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas sarana prasarana dan kualitas guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Kata-kata kunci: kualitas sarana, guru, dan hasil belajar.

Abstract: This study has the objective to test the theory that is directed at the Abstract - This study aims to describe a few things, namely including the quality of infrastructure, quality of teachers and the learning outcomes of students majoring in Engineering Building on the eye productive training SMK Negeri 1 Tuban, as well as the relationship between the three terms the. This research is a quantitative korelasion. Data was collected by observation, documentation analysis by distributing questionnaires / questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis and double correlation using SPSS 21. The results showed there is a positive and significant correlation between the quality of infrastructure and the quality of teachers on student learning outcomes.
