Abstract


Abstrak: Kinerja kontraktor, konsultan perencana dapat diukur key performance indicators (KPIs)/ indikator kinerja utama (IKU). Hal tersebut, dalam upaya untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan kinerja jasa konstruksi dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Key performance indicators (KPIs)/ indikator kinerja utama (IKU) berbeda dari satu negara ke negara lain. Hal tersebut, mengacu pada kondisi pasar yang berbeda, kebijakan, strategi, budaya, hukum, dan lingkungan persaingan yang berbeda. Industri konstruksi saat ini memiliki misi layanan jasa yang berfokus pada pelanggan. Perspektif pelanggan mencakup tiga indikator, yaitu, kualitas pelayanan dan kerja, kepuasan pelanggan, dan pangsa pasar. Kualitas pelayanan dan pekerjaan menempati urutan kedua penting setelah profitabilitas. Indikator kinerja seperti kepuasan pelanggan eksternal, keamanan, efisiensi bisnis, dan efisiensi-Ketekunan perencanaan semakin menjadi penting. indikator kinerja industri kontraktor, konsultan perencana, dan konsultan pengawas, di Malang Raya, meliputi: (1) kapabilitas pelaksana dalam pekerjaan finishing, (2) penyelesaian waktu pekerjaan konstruksi, (3) manajemen pelaksana proyek yang berpengalaman, (4) keuangan dan Perpajakan, (5) produktivitas tenaga kerja, (6) pendayagunaan peralatan, (7) kualitas bahan material.

Kata-kata kunci: indikator kinerja, layanan jasa, dan industri konstruksi.

Abstract: Contractor performance, planner consultant can be measured key performance indicators (KPIs) / key performance indicators (IKU). This, in an effort to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the performance of construction services within a certain time. Key performance indicators (KPIs) / main performance indicators (IKU) differ from country to country. It refers to different market conditions, different policies, strategies, cultures, laws, and competitive environments. The construction industry currently has a customer-focused service mission. The customer perspective includes three indicators, namely, service and work quality, customer satisfaction, and market share. Quality of service and occupation ranks second important after profitability. Performance indicators such as external customer satisfaction, security, business efficiency, and efficiency-Planning persistence is increasingly important. (2) completion of construction work time, (3) management of experienced project implementers, (4) finance and Taxation , (5) labor productivity, (6) utilization of equipment, (7) quality of materials.
