UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN SISWA MELALUI MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING PADA MATERI BANGUN RUANG SISI LENGKUNG DI KELAS IX F SMP NEGERI 1 ARUT SELATAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2018/2019

Abstract


Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subyek dalam peneitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IX-F SMP Negeri 1 Arut Selatan dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dari lembar observasi, soal evaluasi, pedoman dokumentasi pada pembelajaran bangun ruang sisi lengkung melalui model Project Based Learning (PjBL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung pada siswa kelas IX-F SMP Negeri 1 Arut Selatan tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Hasil belajar melampaui KKM individu (≥ 71) yakni nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I sebesar 78 dan nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 87. Dan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat memenuhi target pencapaian KKM pada mata pelajaran matematika materi bangunruang sisi lengkung. Target KKM kelas yakni persentase tercapai pada siklus II dengan persentase ketuntasan sebanyak 87,5% dengan siswa yang tuntas mencapai 28 siswa. 4 siswa yang tidak tuntas dengan bimbingan melalui pemberian tugas–tugas.

EFFORTS TO IMPROVE STUDENT'S ABILITY THROUGH PROJECT BASED LEARNING MODEL ON BUILDING SIDE ROOM MATERIALS IN CLASS IX F SMP NEGERI 1 ARUT SELATAN ACADEMIC YEAR 2018/2019

 Abstract: the type of this research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were students of class IX-F of SMP Negeri 1 Arut Selatan with 32 students. The research data were obtained from observation sheets, evaluation questions, documentation guidelines for learning to construct curved side spaces through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. The results showed that the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model could improve the mathematics learning outcomes of curved side space constructs in class IX-F students of SMP Negeri 1 Arut Selatan in the 2018/2019 academic year. Learning outcomes exceed the individual KKM (≥ 71), namely the average value of students in the first cycle is 78 and the average value of students in the second cycle increases to 87. The Project Based Learning (PjBL) model can meet the target of achieving KKM in mathematics. curved side space. The target of the KKM class is the percentage achieved in cycle II with a percentage of completeness as much as 87.5% with students who complete reach 28 students. 4 students who did not complete the guidance through the assignment of assignments.
