Abstract


The goal in this research to determine the effect of training design use distribution practice method to the increase the dribble skills member of basketball extracurricular SMPN 18 Malang. The study design using pre-experimental, and pretest and posttest one group model. The research sample is 20 students. The instrument of this study using the test dribble, that is Knox Basketball Test. Data obtained from the pretest and posttest, were analyzed using t-test repeated observation. The analysis results of t-test repeated observation, obtained t count = 5,169 > t table = 1.72913. Based on the analysis, be able to conclude that there is the influence of training design use distribution practice method significantly to increase the dribble skill member of basketball extracurricular SMPN 18 Malang.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model latihan menggunakan metode praktik distribusi terhadap meningkatnya keterampilan dribble anggota ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMPN 18 Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pra-eksperimental model pretest dan posttest satu kelompok. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 20 siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes dribble, yaitu tes bolabasket Knox. Data yang diperoleh dari pretest dan posttest, dianalisis menggunakan uji-t amatan ulang. Analisis uji-t amatan ulang memperoleh hasil t hitung = 5.169 > t tabel = 1.72913. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model latihan menggunakan metode praktik distribusi yang signifikan terhadap meningkatnya keterampilan dribble anggota ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMPN 18 Malang.
