EVALUASI KUALITAS LAYANAN PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS PENDIDIKAN NASIONAL MENGGUNAKAN METODE LIBQUAL+

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan Perpustakaan Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) dengan menggunakan metode LibQUAL+. Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan tiga dimensi utama, yaitu Affect of Service, Information Control, dan Library as Place. Survei melibatkan sebanyak 75 mahasiswa dari berbagai fakultas sebagai responden penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan Undiknas telah berhasil memenuhi harapan para pengguna dalam ketiga dimensi tersebut, dengan nilai persepsi rata-rata yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai ideal. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang sangat berharga untuk pengembangan layanan perpustakaan yang lebih baik di masa mendatang.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of services at the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) Library using the LibQUAL+ method. The assessment is based on three main dimensions: Affect of Service, Information Control, and Library as Place. The survey involved 75 students from various faculties as respondents. The results indicate that the Undiknas Library has successfully met user expectations across these three dimensions, with an average perception score higher than the ideal score. This study provides valuable insights for the improvement and development of library services in the future.
