EVALUASI KUALITAS LAYANAN PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS PENDIDIKAN NASIONAL MENGGUNAKAN METODE LIBQUAL+
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the quality of services at the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) Library using the LibQUAL+ method. The assessment is based on three main dimensions: Affect of Service, Information Control, and Library as Place. The survey involved 75 students from various faculties as respondents. The results indicate that the Undiknas Library has successfully met user expectations across these three dimensions, with an average perception score higher than the ideal score. This study provides valuable insights for the improvement and development of library services in the future.
