VIOLATIONS OF INFORMATION ETHICS, COPYRIGHT, AND INFORMATION PRIVACY AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS
Abstract
This study seeks to investigate students' concepts related to information ethics, copyright, and privacy. The research method used a qualitative approach through interviews with 30 students. The data show most of the college students do not understand and often have committed violations, most notably plagiarism. The primary drivers are heavy workloads, limited time, and little policy dissemination.
