PENERAPAN KONSEP COMMUNITY BASED TOURISM (CBT) DAN PEMBERDAYAAN POTENSI PARIWISATA LOKAL UNTUK PELUNCURAN DESA WISATA KAMPUNG KOPI SUMBERDEM

Abstract


Abstrak: Sektor pariwisata menjadi salah satu sektor yang berkontribusi besar bagi perekonomian ditandai dengan 5,64% kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap total PDRB 2020 Jawa Timur. Fakta bahwa Jawa Timur memiliki banyak wisata alam dan atraksi kebudayaan yang berpotensi menjadi spot wisata dan keterkaitannya dengan sektor lain membuat keberlangsungan sektor pariwisata harus terus diperhatikan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menganalisis potensi wisata Desa Wisata Kampung Kopi Sumberdem, menganalisis strategi pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat, dan mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan implementasi CBT diukur secara kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan melalui tahapan penyadaran, penguatan kapasitas, dan pemberian daya. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan jangka panjang. Evaluasi keberhasilan CBT menggunakan indikator perencanaan, kemitraan, kapasitas masyarakat untuk menyampaikan, dan pendanaan dan kredit mikro. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah pengembangan desa wisata melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kampung Kopi Sumberdem telah melalui tiga proses, yaitu penyadaran, penguatan kapasitas, dan pemberian daya. Implementasi konsep CBT di Kampung Kopi Sumberdem telah mencapai bagian tertinggi dari keterlibatan dan partisipasi masyarakat. Rekomendasi strategi jangka panjang berdasarkan analisis SWOT berfokus pada memaksimalkan partisipasi masyarakat, dan menjaga keberlangsungan Desa Wisata.

 

Abstract: The tourism sector is one of the sectors that contributes greatly to the economy, marked by 5.64% of the contribution of the tourism sector to the total 2020 East Java GRDP. The fact that East Java has many natural attractions and cultural attractions that have the potential to become tourist spots and its linkages with other sectors makes the sustainability of the tourism sector must continue to be considered. The purpose of this service is to analyze the tourism potential of Kampung Kopi Sumberdem Tourism Village, analyze community-based tourism development strategies, and determine the success rate of CBT implementation is measured qualitatively. The method used is through the stages of awareness, capacity building, and power provision. SWOT analysis is used to formulate a long-term development strategy. The evaluation of the success of CBT uses indicators of planning, partnerships, community capacity to deliver, and funding and microcredit. The result of the service activity is the development of tourist villages through community empowerment in Kampung Kopi Sumberdem which has gone through three processes, namely awareness, capacity building, and empowerment. The implementation of the CBT concept in Kampung Kopi Sumberdem has reached the highest level of community involvement and participation. Long-term strategy recommendations based on SWOT analysis focus on maximizing community participation, and maintaining the sustainability of the Tourism Village.
