PENERAPAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK MELALUI PENDEKATAN NON DIREKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU KELAS SD MENGELOLA PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL
Abstract
Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan guru di SD Negeri 2 Purbasari Kecamatan Pangkalan Lada pada semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan model pembelajaran kontekstual melalui supervisi akademik dengan pendekatan non direktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan sekolah (PTS) terdiri dari 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan supervisi akademik individual dengan pendekatan direktif dapat memberikan perubahan perilaku guru dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru kelas I-VI SD Negeri 2 Purbasari Kecamatan Pangkalan Lada dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran kontekstual. Dari kondisi awal sampai pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa nilai terendah naik 12,5% dari 67,5 menjadi 80, nilai tertinggi naik 15% dari 90 menjadi 100 dan rerata 10% dari 80 menjadi 90.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ACADEMIC SUPERVISION THROUGH A NON-DIRECTIVE APPROACH TO IMPROVE THE ABILITY OF CLASS TEACHERS OF
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TO MANAGE CONTEXTUAL LEARNING
Abstract: The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe the improvement of teachers' abilities in planning contextual learning models through academic supervision with a non-directive approach in semester 1 of the 2019/2020 school year at SD Negeri 2 Purbasari, Pangkalan Lada District. 2) Describe the increase in the ability of teachers to implement contextual learning models through academic supervision with a non-directive approach in semester 1 of the 2019/2020 school year at SD Negeri 2 Purbasari, Pangkalan Lada District. This research was conducted using the school action research method consisting of 2 cycles. The steps for each cycle consist of: Planning, Acting, Observing, Reflecting. The results of this study are: 1) Through the application of individual academic supervision with a directive approach, it can improve the ability of grade I-VI teachers at SD Negeri 2 Purbasari, Pangkalan Lada District in managing contextual learning. 2) The description from the initial conditions to cycle II shows that the lowest score increased by 12.5% from 67.5 to 80, the highest value increased by 15% from 90 to 100 and the average 10% from 80 to 90.3) Through the application of academic supervision Individuals with a directive approach can increase teacher behavior change in contextual learning activities.
