KONTRIBUSI PRILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, KEEFEKTIFAN KOMUNIKASI, DAN BUDAYA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMK DI KOTA PROBOLINGGO
Abstract
The aims of this research are to describe contribution of a principal’s leadership behaviour, effectiveness of communication, a school culture toward a teacher’s performance of vocational high school in Probolinggo Municipal. Findings show that a principal’s leadership behaviour, effectiveness of communication, a school culture have contribution toward teacher’s performance. Level contribution of a principal’s leadership behaviour to a teacher’s performance is 1,5 %, level contribution effectiveness to a teacher’s performance is 5,9 %, Level contribution of school culture to a teacher’s performance is 11,2 %. Level contribution of a principal’s leadership behaviour, effectiveness of communication toward a teacher’s performance coolectivelly is 30.5%.
