MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU SMP NEGERI 02 SEKADAU HILIR DALAM PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DISCOVERY LEARNING MELALUI IN HOUSE TRAINING

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran discovery learning melalui in house training. Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Sebjek penelitian berjumlah 17 orang guru SMP Negeri 2 Sekadau Hilir, kabupaten Sekadau. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus dan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat langkah, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan perenungan. Hasil penelitian terhadap kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning adalah sebagai berikut: (1)Pada pra siklus dalam kriteria amat baik belum ada atau 0%; kriteria baik sebanyak 4 orang atau 23,53%; kriteria cukup sebanyak 6 orang atau 35,29%; kriteria kurang sebanyak 7 orang atau 41,18%. (2)Pada siklus I dalam kriteria amat baik sebanyak 2 orang atau 11,76%; kriteria baik sebanyak 9 orang atau 52,95%; kriteria cukup sebanyak 6 orang atau 35,29%; kriteria kurang tidak ada atau 0%. (3)Pada siklus II dalam dalam kriteria amat baik sebanyak 6 orang atau 35,29%; kriteria baik sebanyak 10 orang atau 58,83%; kriteria cukup sebanyak 1 orang atau 5,88%; kriteria kurang tidak ada atau 0%.

IMPROVING THE CAPABILITIES OF SMP Negeri 02 SEKADAU HILIR TEACHERS

IN THE APPLICATION OF THE DISCOVERY LEARNING MODEL

THROUGH IN HOUSE TRAINING

 

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the teacher's ability to apply the discovery learning model through in-house training. This school action research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The research subjects were 17 teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Sekadau Hilir, Sekadau district. This research was carried out in two cycles and each cycle consisted of four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the research on the teacher's ability to apply the Discovery Learning Learning Model are as follows: (1) In the pre-cycle, the criteria are very good, or 0%; good criteria as many as 4 people or 23.53%; enough criteria as many as 6 people or 35.29%; less criteria as many as 7 people or 41.18%. (2) In the first cycle in very good criteria as many as 2 people or 11.76%; good criteria as many as 9 people or 52.95%; enough criteria as many as 6 people or 35.29%; the criteria are lacking or non-existent or 0%. (3) In the second cycle in very good criteria as many as 6 people or 35.29%; good criteria as many as 10 people or 58.83%; enough criteria as much as 1 person or 5.88%; the criteria are lacking or non-existent or 0%.
