Abstract

Jaminan higienitas proses produksi diestimasikan meningkat signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing technology to partners in the form of a blending machine is to improve the quality of banana getuk production as a typical food with regional superior potential. This technology contributes to improving the quality, efficiency and hygiene of the partner group's food production. The machine design method is carried out in stages and refers to the concepts and knowledge of mechanical engineering. Engine performance testing has been carried out and results in optimal performance. The results of the application of technology in Community Service activities are able to increase the average production yield of partners by 25-30%. Increased production can actualize production of 250-400 packs per day. Estimated profit and working time efficiency increased by 35%. It is estimated that the hygiene assurance of the production process will increase significantly. Through the survey results, the satisfaction of community service partners shows a figure of 85%. The conclusion obtained through the implementation of technology to partners is that the implementation of technology has made a relatively large contribution to improving yields, quality and hygiene assurance of regional superior food production.
