Abstract

Abstract

Digital-based learning is a necessity due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which requires the teaching and learning process to be carried out from home. Empowerment activities for teachers regarding digital learning literacy make it possible for teachers to improve their performance more deeply. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to develop teachers in an integrated manner, especially at Wahid Hasyim Middle School in Malang in improving their performance through empowerment carried out by servants who are scientists and practitioners in the field of educational technology. In accordance with the basis of improving performance in the definition of educational technology, this service fosters teachers in developing digital learning literacy so that later it can be implemented in the learning process in the classroom. The method used in fostering teachers uses the TRINGO approach which was initiated by Ki Hadjar Dewantara. With the application of this method, the devotees carry out various series of activities that support the implementation of TRINGO. Starting from the theoretical delivery of material (understanding), the interaction between teachers and instructors and direct management practices. The results of the service show that teachers have been able to identify various digital literacys that are used as much as possible in learning. It is hoped that this service can be an alternative reference for future service.
