Penguatan Kompetensi Guru Olahraga SLB Autis melalui Penggunaan Buku Guru

Abstract


Pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan dalam penerapannya terhadap anak pengidap autis mengalami berbagai permasalahan seperti pembelajaran yang diberikan belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak, dan yang paling utama adalah masih kurangnya pelatihan atau  lokakarya  untuk peningkatan kompetensi guru. Tujuan secara umum dari pengabdian ini adalah sebagai penguatan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan pada anak autis melalui buku guru berupa e-book. berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner online berupa google form terhadap 40 guru SLB wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur di dapatkan data sebanyak 55% pembelajaran PJOK di SLB masih belum terlaksana dengan baik, kemudian sebesar 90% mengalami kendala pada saat memberikan materi pembelajaran terhadap anak autis, dan sebesar 35%  menggunakan pedoman buku guru untuk pembelajaran PJOK. Pelatihan ini menggunakan empat tahapan metode yaitu ceramah, penugasan, pengukuran hasil, dan Tindak lanjut hasil. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini diterima dengan baik oleh guru, kemudian pada aspek kebermanfaatan dan keutamaan materi ada pada kategori baik dan sangat baik.

Abstract

 

Learning physical education sports and health in its application to children with autism experiences various problems such as the learning provided is not in accordance with the needs of children, and the most important is the lack of training or workshops to improve teacher competence. The general purpose of this service is to strengthen the competence of teachers in implementing physical education sports and health in autistic children through teacher books in the form of e-books. based on the results of preliminary studies conducted through online questionnaires in the form of google forms to 40 special education teachers in the East Java Province region, data obtained as much as 55% of PJOK learning in special education is still not well implemented, then 90% experience obstacles when providing learning materials to autistic children, and 35% use teacher book guidelines for PJOK learning. This training uses four stages of methods, namely lectures, assignments, measurement of results, and follow-up of results. Based on the overall implementation of the activity, this activity was well received by teachers, then in the aspects of the usefulness and usefulness of the material in the good and very good categories.
