Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Tani melalui Pelatihan Budidaya Jamur Merang di Wonokerso

Abstract


Memiliki lahan pertanian seluas 273 Ha, sekitar 168 Ha atau  62% dari luas desa, dengan capaian hasil panen padi sebesar 18.000 ton saat 2021, Desa Wonokerso diperkirakan memiliki banyak jerami sampah pertanian yang begitu banyak. Sampah pertanian yang ada pada desa tidak begitu dimanfaatkan. Oleh karena itu, sebagai bentuk pengabdian dilaksanakan Sosialisasi Pembuatan Jamur Merang yang diharapkan dapat menjadi opsi perekonomian masyarakat desa. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menggaet narasumber dari Kelompok Tani Mandiri Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan pelatihan melalui penyuluhan, demonstrasi meliputi persiapan bahan, formulasi medium, pembuatan medium, pertumbuhan jamur, dan manajemen pemeliharaan jamur dan pendampingan. Dengan sasaran komunitas Kelompok Wanita Tani yang ada di Desa Wonokerso menghadiri acara sosialisasi Pembuatan Jamur Merang. Dari diadakannya sosialisasi ini, kelompok pengabdian Universitas Negeri Malang berharap sosialisasi ini dapat bermanfaat untuk masyarakat Desa Wonokerso.

Abstract

 

Owning an agricultural land area of 273 Ha, about 168 Ha or 62% of the village area, with a rice yield of 18,000 tons by 2021, Wonokerso Village is estimated to have a lot of agricultural waste straw. Agricultural waste in the village is not really used. Therefore, as a form of devotion, a Socialization of Making Merang Mushrooms was held which is expected to be an economic option for the villagers. The socialization activity was carried out by inviting resource persons from the Independent Farmers Group of Malang Regency. The method used in this service activity is training through counseling, demonstrations including material preparation, medium formulation, medium manufacture, mushroom growth, and mushroom maintenance management and mentoring. With the target of the Women Farmer Group in Wonokerso Village attending the socialization event for the Making of Merang Mushrooms. From the holding of this socialization, the Universitas Negeri Malang devotion group hopes that this socialization can be useful for the residents of Wonokerso Village.
