Abstract
Ornamental gardens have many benefits in addition to aesthetic functions, ornamental gardens have ecological, psychological, social, and economic benefits. This activity aims to renovate the garden at SDN 03 Asrikaton in Boro Sekaran hamlet, Asrikaton village,Pakis, Malang district to make it more beautiful and make students learn comfortably. This activity uses a descriptive method that aims to describe systematically and accurately a phenomenon or condition based on the data obtained. To obtain data obtained by conducting a location survey, planning an ornamental garden design, and conducting counseling on sorting organic and inorganic waste and monitoring to evaluate the entire series of activities. In the context of ornamental garden renovation, this method is used to describe the condition of the garden before and after renovation, as well as the implementation process in detail. The result of this research is to utilize the garden as a green space that not only functions as a recreational area, but also as a sustainable learning tool. This program shows that through synergy between academics and the community, public spaces such as school gardens can be optimally arranged and utilized to create a better environment.
