Perbedaan Pengaruh antara Metode Latihan Fartlek dan Metode Latihan Continuous Tempo Running Terhadap Peningkatan Daya Tahan Kardiovaskuler Peserta Latihan Lari Jarak Jauh

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan continuous tempo running terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler, (3) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode latihan fartlek dan metode continuous tempo running terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 orang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok menggunakan pola eksperimen matched groups design dengan t-matched. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes lari 2,4 K. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis pada kelompok latihan fartlek = 198,54  > t tabel = 2,045, sedangkan pada kelompok latihan continuous tempo running t hitung = 177,26 > t tabel = 2,045 yang berarti H0 ditolak. Hasil uji-t cuplikan kembar menunjukan hitung = 0,36 < t tabel = 2,00 yang berarti H0 diterima. Disimpulkan (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan fartlek (speed play) terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler,  (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan continuous tempo running terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler, (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode latihan fartlek dan metode continuous tempo running terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler.

Abstract

The purpose of this research (1) To know the effect of fartlek exercise to increase cardiovascular endurance, (2) To know the effect of continuous tempo running exercise to increase cardiovascular endurance, (3) To know the significant effect difference between fartlek training method and continuous tempo running against increased cardiovascular endurance. The sample of research was 60 people divided into 2 groups using experimental pattern matched groups design with t-matched. The instrument used is a 2.4 K run test. Data analysis using t-test with 5% significance level. The result of analysis on fartlek training group = 198,54> t table = 2.045, while in continuous training group tempo running t arithmetic = 177,26> t table = 2.045 which means H0 rejected. The result of t-test of twinning showed that count = 0,36 <t table = 2,00 which means H0 accepted. (2) there is significant effect of continuous tempo running exercise on cardiovascular endurance improvement, (3) there is no significant difference of influence between fartlek training method and continuous tempo running method for increased cardiovascular endurance
