Evaluasi Kelelahan pada Latihan Olahraga

Abstract


Evaluasi dan monitoring kelelahan akibat latihan olahraga dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode dengan tujuan melihat aspek baik secara psikologis dan fisiologis. Hal ini dilakukan untuk melihat aspek yang membawa dampak negatif bagi tubuh saat menjalani proses latihan. Berbagai metode seperti kuesioner maupun pemeriksaan fisik dilakukan diteliti dari sudut pandang validitas dan reliabilirasnya. Meskipun berbagi metode telah dikembangkan oleh para peneliti dengan panduan metode dan terbukti secara ilmiah. namun sampai saat ini masih perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mencari metode mana yang tepat untuk diterapkan diberbagai cabang olahraga.
