Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Berbasis Civic Philanthropy untuk Pemenuhan Hak Politik Penyandang Disabilitas

Abstract


Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi dan konstruksi pendidikan kewarganegaraan berbasis civic philanthropy terhadap pemenuhan hak politik penyandang disabilitas. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan berbasis civic philanthropy relevan terhadap pemenuhan hak politik penyandang disabilitas. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan berbasis civic philanthropy dapat ditinjau berdasarkan civic education dan citizenship education. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan berbasis civic philanthropy dalam paradigma civic education mengarah pada pembelajaran tentang konsep kesetaraan, sedangkan dalam paradigma citizenship education mengarah pada penguatan sikap toleransi dalam masyarakat. Pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan berbasis civic philanthropy untuk memenuhi hak politik penyandang disabilitas dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan service learning dengan kolaborasi pentahelix antara pemerintah, akademisi, komunitas, swasta, dan media.
