Evaluasi CIPP Teaching Factory untuk Pengembangan dan Penjaminan Mutu Peserta Didik

Abstract


Abstrak: Penerapan teaching factory yang mengaitkan dunia pendidikan vokasi dengan dunia industri menimbulkan terjadinya proses check and balances pada proses pendidikan di SMK sehingga adanya keselarasan (link and match) dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Program pemerintah tersebut juga mengikuti pola pembelajaran abad 21 yang mengedepankan inovasi dan realisasi penciptaan ide-ide baru. Pada dasarnya pembelajan teaching factory dapat berjalan lancar apabila tiap SMK selalu melakukan kegiatan evaluasi guna meningkatkan dan selalu memperbaiki suatu program sehingga hasilnya maksimal serta dapat mencapai tujuan program. Salah satu model evaluasi yaitu CIPP. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengeksplorasi evaluasi CIPP teaching factory untuk pengembangan dan penjaminan mutu peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu literatur review. Melalui paper ini lembaga institusi dapat menggunakannya untuk pengembangan dan penjaminan mutu peserta didik
