Analisis Penerapan Program Link and Match Konsep 8+I Dalam Keterserapan Lulusan di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen
Abstract

Abstract: This analysis produced findings in the implementation of the 8+I concept link and match program at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen. In this analysis the data found is based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the research found that the link and match collaboration process with DUDI was running properly and had a positive impact on schools, especially the heavy equipment engineering skills program, as a result of this collaboration. Apart from that, the school seeks commitment from DUDI in implementing workforce for graduates, but implementation has not been optimal to meet the quantity of students in the heavy equipment engineering skills program. The school is also trying to collaborate with many industries to meet the quantity of graduates, which is increasing every year. The form of implementation of the 8+I link and match concept has been appropriate and implemented well, although there are several obstacles that do not really affect it.
