Penerapan Augmented Reality untuk Menunjang Hasil Belajar Siswa Jurusan Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai penerapan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dalam mendukung hasil belajar siswa jurusan Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) di SMKN 11 Kota Malang, khususnya pada aspek kognitif, psikomotor, dan afektif. Teknologi AR memungkinkan visualisasi objek bangunan dalam bentuk tiga dimensi yang dapat diinteraksikan, memberi pengalaman belajar yang imersif dan mendalam, yang sangat diperlukan dalam memahami konsep-konsep desain yang kompleks. Penelitian ini juga membahas bagaimana AR dapat meningkatkan keterampilan spasial, pemecahan masalah, dan motivasi siswa dalam pendidikan vokasi. Sebagai pendekatan kuasi-eksperimental, penelitian ini membandingkan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan AR dengan metode pengajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AR secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap desain bangunan, keterampilan spasial, serta keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Selain itu, AR juga mendorong peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik. Namun, implementasi AR menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti kebutuhan perangkat keras yang memadai dan pelatihan bagi pendidik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang potensi AR untuk mendukung pendidikan vokasi, khususnya di bidang desain dan konstruksi.
