Metode Pengujian Sabuk Keselamatan UNR-16 dan Kontribusinya terhadap Penurunan Risiko Cedera Penumpang

Abstract


Abstrak Keselamatan kendaraan merupakan isu kritis dalam pencegahan kecelakaan lalu lintas, khususnya terkait mitigasi cedera penumpang. Sabuk keselamatan yang diatur dalam UN Regulation No. 16 (UNR-16) merupakan perangkat keselamatan pasif utama pada kendaraan modern. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk menganalisis publikasi tahun 2022–2024 mengenai metode pengujian sabuk keselamatan berdasarkan UNR-16 dan kontribusinya dalam penurunan risiko cedera. Literatur ditelusuri dari enam basis data akademik utama dan satu sumber tambahan akses full-text menggunakan kombinasi kata kunci Boolean. Kerangka PRISMA 2020 diadopsi dalam seleksi artikel, dilengkapi instrumen penilaian kualitas delapan kriteria (skor QA ≥ 5/8). Dari 412 artikel yang teridentifikasi, 15 artikel memenuhi seluruh kriteria inklusi. Integrasi pretensioner dan load limiter terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas sistem sabuk secara signifikan. Smart restraint system berbasis kecerdasan buatan menunjukkan penurunan risiko cedera penumpang yang lebih baik dibandingkan sistem konvensional. Kesenjangan penelitian teridentifikasi pada validasi kecelakaan nyata sistem sabuk adaptif, harmonisasi UNR-16 dengan standar kendaraan otonom, dan analisis biaya-manfaat teknologi sabuk canggih di negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia.
