Asupan Lemak dan Stres pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh Guru
Abstract
Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, 52 persen individu berusia diatas 18 tahun mengalami peningkatan konsumsi makanan manis dan berlemak selama pandemi COVID-19 sebagai coping terhadap stres yang dialami. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan asupan lemak dan stres pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan indeks massa tubuh pada guru. Penelitian Cross Sectional ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 1 Kota Jambi, menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Subjek merupakan guru dengan status PNS maupun honorer sebanyak 56 orang. Karakteristik subjek, data antropometri, asupan lemak dan stres diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Food recall 3x24 jam digunakan untuk melihat data asupan lemak. Perceived stress scale (PSS) digunakan untuk melihat data stress. Ada hubungan antara asupan lemak dengan indeks massa tubuh pada masa pandemi COVID-19 karena dan tidak ada hubungan stres dengan indeks massa tubuh pada masa pandemic COVID-19 karena . Penelitian lanjutan mengenai asupan serat dan persen lemak tubuh perlu dilakukan.
