Author Guidelines
The Journal editors of Indonesia Journal of Sports and Physical Education will receive the articles in accordance with the following guidelines.
The manuscript of the article has not been published or submitted in another journal. the manuscript of the article must have been declared free of plagiarism indication
Types of articles to be published include: research reports (laboratory, field, and archive), conceptual ideas, and literature studies.
Articles are written preferably in standard academic writing structure and composition. Manuscripts are typed 1,5 spaced in a quarto paper size (A4), between 10-20 pages in length including references, pictures, and tables.
Reference list format is based on APA (American Psychological Association) style. The reference list should appear at the end of the article and includes only literature actually cited in the manuscripts. References are ordered alphabetically and chronologically. We strongly recommend authors to use reference tools, such as Mendeley, Zotero, Endnote, etc. Herewith are some of the APA-based references format structure:
Printed book: Author, A.A. (Year of Publication). Title of work. Publisher City, State: Publisher.
Online book: Author, A.A. (Year of Publication). Title of work [E-Reader Version]. Retrieved from http://xxxx or doi:xxxx
Journal article in print: Author, A.A. (Publication Year). Article title. Periodical Title, Volume (Issue), pp.-pp.

The Journal editors will appreciate the authors if they have received the guidance that previously published in the journal Indonesian Physical Education Arena
Articles should be submitted in soft files using Microsoft Word application to the Online Submission page.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
