PENINGKATAN BUDAYA KESELAMATAN MAHASISWA INDONESIA DI FILIPINA MELALUI INTEGRASI K3 DAN HUMAN FACTOR ENGINEERING (HFE)

Abstract


Program pengabdian masyarakat internasional ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan budaya keselamatan mahasiswa teknik Indonesia di Filipina melalui integrasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Human Factor Engineering (HFE) dengan fokus pada kemitraan bersama Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia Filipina (PPIF). Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk seminar di Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS), Manila, mencakup pengenalan konsep HFE dan K3, studi kasus, sesi tanya jawab, serta kuis interaktif. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat pengetahuan dan kesadaran peserta terhadap keselamatan kerja, dengan rata-rata skor pemahaman meningkat dari 45% menjadi 85%. PPIF berperan aktif sebagai mitra strategis dalam menyukseskan pelaksanaan program, termasuk dalam fasilitasi logistik dan penyebaran informasi kepada peserta. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya keselamatan kerja serta kemampuan menerapkannya dalam lingkungan akademik dan praktik kerja. Kolaborasi yang berkelanjutan dengan PPIF diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan program serupa di masa mendatang.
