PENGALAMAN GURU BIPA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE DI AUSTRALIA: SEBUAH STUDI NARATIF

Abstract


This study aims to explore the pedagogical experiences of BIPA teachers in online learning in Australia, focusing on adaptation to technological challenges and interactive teaching strategies. Using a qualitative narrative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with an experienced BIPA teacher. Thematic analysis revealed five main themes: technological adaptation, teaching strategies, technical challenges, interpersonal relationships with students, and self-reflection. The findings indicate that despite challenges such as unstable internet connections and limited physical interactions, teachers leveraged technology to create engaging learning experiences. This study provides critical insights into developing more responsive and innovative BIPA teaching strategies while offering guidance for foreign language education institutions to address similar challenges in the future
