Model Credit Scoring sebagai Alat Bantu Analisis Risiko Pembiayaan Pada BMT UGT Sidogiri

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji alat analisis pembiayaan yang digunakan
BMT dan mendesain credit scoringmodel sebagai alat bantu analisis risiko pembiayaan
BMT untuk memprediksi kualitas pembiayaan.Pada penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan positivistik kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 data historis debitur
BMT UGT Sidogiri periode 2011-2013 dengan dokumen data time series. Teknik
sampling yang digunakan adalah system random sampling. Jenis data penelitian ini terdiri
dari data primer yaitu wawancara dengan semi terstruktur dan data sekunder yakni datadata historis debitur terkait analisis pembiayaan BMT. Data diolah dengan menggunakan
metode analisis regresi logistik.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pertama, alat analisis
pembiayaan yang digunakan BMT kurang efektif dalam memprediksi kualitas
pembiayaan. Kedua, terbentuknya credit scoring model yang komprehensif yang terdiri
dari variabel dalam kategori demographic characteristic, personal characteristic,
industry information.
