STUDENT MORALE INCREASE AFTER THE BLENDED-BASED TPSR PROGRAM DURING THE COVID-19 ERA?

Abstrak

Menurunnya moral mahasiswa di era COVID-19 menjadi faktor permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini, sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan moral mahasiswa menggunakan TPSR berbasis blended. Jenis penelitian eksperimental digunakan sebagai metode untuk mengungkap permasalahan. Partisipasi penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa PJKR dari Universitas Suryakancana (n=20). Instrumen untuk mengukur tingkat moral menggunakan skala angket. Analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS dengan taraf signifikansi adalah 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TPSR berbasis blended mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap peningkatan moral mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menjadi bukti bahwa TPSR berbasis blended mempunyai kekuatan untuk merubah aspek afektif termasuk moral menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

The decline in student morale in the COVID-19 era is a major problem factor in this study, so the aim of this study is to improve student moral using the blended-based TPSR. This type of experimental research is used as a method to uncover problems. Participation in this study were PJKR students from the University of Suryakancana (N=20). The instrument for measuring the moral level uses a questionnaire scale. Data analysis used IBM SPSS with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the blended-based TPSR had a great influence on improving student morale.  This research is evidence that blended-based TPSR has the power to change affective aspects including morale for the better.
