PENGEMBANGAN LATIHAN IMAGERY TERHADAP MENINGKATKAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI PADA SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER BULUTANGKIS
Abstract
Tujuan dari adanya pengembangan latihan imagery sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 4 Malang. Pengembangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) model ADDIE dengan langkah analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Kemudian produk divalidasi oleh validator yang teridi dari (1) ahli psikologi, (2) ahli kepelatihan bulutangkis, (3) ahli media, dengan hasil skor pada ahli psikologi 3,3 (layak), ahli kepelatihan bulutangkis 3,6 (sangat layak), ahli media 3,2 (layak). Produk diuji cobakan pada kelompok kecil yang berjumlah 15 siswa memperoleh hasil skor 3,3, dan kelompok besar berjumlah 60 siswa mendapatkan skor 3,3 dengan presentase sebesar 82,5%. Dari hasil tersebut pengembangan latihan imagery dinyatakan layak digunakan dan mempiliki dampak yang postif terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa.
