Manuscript Submission Guidelines Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts that originate from research-based works. Each submission should be written in American English, following the APA style for citations and references. The manuscript should be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font. Authors must adhere to the journal template, which is available for download on the IRBEJ Open Journal System homepage (http://journal2.um.ac.id/index.php/irbej). Please ensure that your manuscript is prepared following these guidelines to avoid any delays in the review process. Manuscript Structure: To ensure consistency and clarity, all manuscripts should be formatted under the following structure: 1. Abstract: A concise summary of the research, including the problem addressed, methods, findings, and significance of the study. 2. Keywords: A list of relevant terms that represent the core topics of the manuscript. 3. Introduction: An overview of the research background, the importance of the topic, and the specific objectives of the study. 4. Literature Review: A discussion of previous research related to the topic, providing context and justifying the need for the current study. 5. Methods: A detailed explanation of the research design, sample, data collection, and analysis methods used. 6. Results: A presentation of the findings, supported by data and analysis. 7. Proper referencing in APA style is mandatory to maintain academic integrity and quality. Submission Timeline and Review Process Submissions for the January 2025 Edition are currently open, and manuscripts must be submitted by November 30, 2024. Authors can submit their manuscripts via the IRBEJ Open Journal System. Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by experienced scholars and experts in the respective fields. The review process ensures that only high-quality research articles are published in the journal. The editorial board will notify authors about the acceptance of their manuscripts by December 31, 2024, with the official publication of the January edition on January 15, 2025. Legal and Accreditation Considerations In compliance with Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Nomor 384/P/2024 regarding the technical guidelines for implementing professional development services for lecturers, it is important to note that this decision revokes Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Nomor 209/P/2024. As a result, the previous accreditation of journals remains valid under the following conditions: 1. The journal has been submitted to ARJUNA (Kemendikbud.go.id). 2. The journal is currently undergoing an assessment process. 3. The results of the assessment have not yet been finalized. This ensures that journal accreditations are protected during the transition period, maintaining the integrity and status of the journal during the evaluation process.
