Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kesiapan Guru untuk Berubah terhadap Kinerja Guru

Abstract


Abstract: This study aim to investigate the effect of principal leadership and teacher readiness to change on teacher performance. This study used a quantitative method and employed an online survey using a questionnaire and involved a sample of 105 high school teachers in West Java province.  We employed correlation and multiple regression techniques using SPSS for windows program with the classical assumption and hypothesis testing. The result of the study showed 1) there is the positive influence between principal leadership on the teacher performance; 2) there is prositive influence between readiness of change on teacher performance; 3) there is significant influence jointly between principal leadership and readiness of change on teacher performance.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kesiapan guru untuk berubah terhadap kinerja guru. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survei online dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 105 guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di provinsi Jawa Barat. Analisis data menggunakan  korelasi  dan regresi berganda  dengan bantuan program SPSS, melalui tahapan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; 2) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kesiapan berubah terhadap kinerja guru; 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kesiapan perubahan terhadap kinerja guru.
