Identifikasi Kekuatan, Kelemahan, dan Pemanfaatan Digital Leadership untuk Mengatasi Masalah-Masalah Pendidikan di Indonesia

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan yang melekat pada implementasi model kepemimpinan digital dalam konteks pendidikan. Tujuan ini sangat penting dalam konteks digitalisasi pendidikan yang tengah bergerak cepat, khususnya di Indonesia. Pendekatan kualitatif untuk tinjauan lingkup (scoping review) dengan protokol Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Penambangan data artikel dilakukan menggunakan teknologi aplikasi penelitian Harzing Publish or Perish, dari database Google Scholar dan Scopus. Tahap awal dari proses penggalian data menghasilkan total 101 artikel. Namun, penerapan kriteria inklusi yang ketat telah mengeksklusi 87 artikel. Sebanyak 14 artikel berkelayakan tinggi ditelaah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 19 kekuatan dan 12 kelemahan ketika kepemimpinan digital dimanfaatkan dalam bidang pendidikan. Kemudian implementasi kepemimpinan digital, jika masing-masing kekuatannya dikontekstualisasikan dengan tepat untuk masalah tertentu yang serasi, serta mitigasi terhadap kelemahannya dapat dilakukan dengan baik, maka model kepemimpinan ini akan menjadi solusi strategis yang sangat bernilai dalam mengatasi masalah-masalah ketertinggalan pendidikan. Penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi kelemahan yang teridentifikasi dan potensi ancaman yang terkait dengan implementasi kepemimpinan digital di sektor pendidikan Indonesia, direkomendasikan.
