Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Instruksional, Iklim Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Guru SMA Negeri di Kota Palangka Raya

Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of instructional leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of public high school teachers in Palangka Raya City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 177 teachers determined through proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using path analysis with multiple regression methods and Sobel tests. The results of the descriptive analysis show that instructional leadership, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and OCB are in the high category. The results of the analysis of the regression coefficient value of the instructional leadership variable on OCB are 0.454, the organizational climate variable on OCB is 0.167, the job satisfaction variable on OCB is 0.190, the instructional leadership variable on job satisfaction is 0.265, the organizational climate variable on job satisfaction is 0.415, the instructional leadership variable on OCB through job satisfaction is 0.029, and the organizational climate variable on OCB through job satisfaction is 0.038. The conclusion of this study is that instructional leadership, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and teacher OCB are in the high category. There is a direct influence between instructional leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on OCB of public high school teachers in Palangka Raya City. There is an indirect influence between instructional leadership and organizational climate on OCB through job satisfaction of public high school teachers in Palangka Raya City.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional, iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru SMA Negeri di Kota Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 177 guru yang ditentukan melalui proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan metode regresi berganda dan uji Sobel. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan kepemimpinan instruksional, iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan OCB berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis nilai koefisien regresi variabel kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap OCB sebesar 0,454, variabel iklim organisasi terhadap OCB sebesar 0,167, variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB sebesar 0,190, variabel kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,265, variabel iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,415, variabel kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap OCB melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,029, dan variabel iklim organisasi terhadap OCB melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,038. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan instruksional, iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan OCB guru berada pada kategori tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh langsung antara kepemimpinan instruksional, iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB guru SMA Negeri di Kota Palangka Raya. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan instruksional dan iklim organisasi terhadap OCB melalui kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Palangka Raya.
