Abstract
The forest area on the slopes of Mount Arjuno faces serious challenges due to land degradation caused by land conversion for vegetable farming. To overcome this problem, this community service activity initiated the development of coffee agribusiness as an innovative and sustainable solution. Collaboration between various stakeholders, including universities, government, BUMDESMA, and the community, is the key to the success of this activity. Through strong synergy, it is hoped that an ecosystem can be created that supports the development of sustainable coffee agribusiness. This activity not only focuses on increasing coffee production but also on developing added value for products through post-harvest processing and effective marketing. Thus, it is expected to increase farmers' income, strengthen the local economy, and create new jobs. In addition, this activity also contributes to environmental conservation through sustainable forest management.
