Science learning was still dominated by conventional manner. Consequently students were less active and difficult in the learning process. The difficulty was caused by low teacher ability to manage that was less effective and interesting. The low student learning achievement was because of low student interest in learning science. Therefore, learning model is needed which is capable to support student mastery with implementation of cooperative learning model of student teams achievement divisions. This research aimed to describe the learning activities and achievement of students after learning of cooperative learning model of student temas achievement divisions on Vibration and Wave. This research was a descriptive research with quantitive approach. This study used One-Shot Case Study. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII of State Junior High School 3 Jombang consisiting of 31 students. The implementation of cooperative learning model of student temas achievement divisions was observed by sheets of learning implementation of student. Learning were determined based on minimal mastery criteria of student and mastery of learning indicator.
