EVALUASI PROGRAM ASISTENSI MENGAJAR DI SATUAN PENDIDIKAN PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK OTOMOTIF BERBASIS MODEL KIRKPATRICK

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program Asistensi Mengajar di Satuan Pendidikan Program studi pendidikan teknik otomotif dengan menggunakan evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan teknik otomotif yang melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut. Sampel penelitian sebesar 87 siswa. Instrument mengumpulkan data Kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pada fasilitas, tingkat kepuasan berada pada kategori 'sangat memuaskan' (75,18%); (2) pada instruktur tingkat kepuasan berada pada kategori 'sangat memuaskan' (80,46%); (3) pada jadwal, tingkat kepuasan berada pada kategori 'memuaskan' (55,59%); (4) secara materi tingkat kepuasan berada pada kategori 'sangat memuaskan' (87,56%); dan (5) kemampuan mengajar siswa (86,9%). berada pada kategori 'sangat memuaskan’.
