Abstract


Abstract: The business world is increasingly leading to the electronic media, led to the use of online shop (online shop) as media purchases of goods and services to be increasing rapidly. Number of online store owners also rose sharply so that competition can not be avoided. There are many factors that affect the purchase of products online shop especially trust and will further generate customer loyalty online. In order for businesses to be successful, the main done is to build trust and loyalty in the minds of customers to support the business online shop.

Abstrak: Dunia bisnis yang semakin mengarah ke media elektronik, menyebabkan penggunaan toko online (online shop) sebagai media transaksi pembelian barang maupun jasa menjadi semakin meningkat pesat. Jumlah pemilik toko online juga meningkat tajam sehingga persaingan tidak bisa dihindarkan. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelian produk online shop terutama kepercayaan (trust) dan selanjutnya akan menghasilkan loyalitas (loyalty) pelanggan online. Agar pelaku bisnis dapat berhasil maka yang utama dilakukan adalah membangun trust dan loyalitas pada benak pelanggan untuk menunjang bisnis online shop tersebut.
