STARA Awareness Terhadap Job Satisfaction Dan Turnover Intention Dimediasi Job Insecurity Dengan Moderasi Expected Retraining (Studi Pada Karyawan Regional Office BRI Pekanbaru)

Abstract


Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh STARA Awareness terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Job Insecurity dengan moderasi Expected Retraining pada karyawan Regional Office BRI Pekanbaru. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan responden sebanyak 171 dari karyawan Regional Office BRI Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa STARA awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job insecurity dan gagal membuktikan STARA awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction dan turnover intention. Penelitian ini juga gagal membuktikan job insecurity mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap job satisfaction dan turnover intention. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan job insecurity tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara STARA awareness terhadap job satisfaction. Namun, job insecurity dapat memediasi pengaruh antara STARA awareness terhadap turnover intention. Expected retraining juga tidak dapat memoderasi antara STARA awareness dengan job insecurity.
