Perilaku Adaptif dan Maladaptif pada Siswa Autis Implikasi bagi Pendidikan Vokasi Systematic Literature Review

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perilaku adaptif dan maladaptif pada siswa dengan gangguan spektrum autisme dalam konteks pendidikan vokasi. Fokus utama kajian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk perilaku tersebut serta menelaah berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi kemunculannya di lingkungan pendidikan vokasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang memungkinkan penelusuran, evaluasi, dan sintesis literatur ilmiah secara terstruktur dan menyeluruh. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pencarian sistematis pada berbagai basis data akademik, dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria seperti relevansi tema, jenis publikasi, dan rentang waktu penerbitan. Hasil kajian sistematis ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku adaptif dan maladaptif pada siswa autis di lingkungan pendidikan vokasi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal yang saling berkaitan. Secara keseluruhan, kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pendidikan vokasi yang bersifat holistik, inklusif, dan berbasis kekuatan individu. Dengan demikian, program vokasional yang dirancang secara tepat tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan fungsi adaptif siswa autis, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan emosional serta peluang partisipasi sosial dan kerja jangka panjang mereka.
