Profil Anak dengan Hambatan Motorik Halus (Menulis) Ditinjau dari Data Deteksi Dini Multi-Aspek (Kognitif, Sosial, Emosi, dan Perilaku)

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil seorang anak (AR, 12 tahun) dengan hambatan motorik halus (menulis) yang spesifik melalui analisis data deteksi dini multi-aspek (kognitif, sosial, emosi, dan perilaku). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus (N=1). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen Skrining Umum Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus dan instrumen Deteksi Dini Multi-Aspek. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menginterpretasikan pola skor pada keempat aspek untuk membangun profil holistik. Temuan: Profil subjek menunjukkan diskrepansi yang signifikan: skor kognitif umum yang tinggi (Skor Akhir: 1,2 - TPP) namun disertai hambatan spesifik yang berat dalam menulis (Skor: 4 - Sering). Hambatan menulis ini tidak berdiri sendiri. Temuan ini saling terkait erat dengan faktor sosio-emosional, termasuk skor tinggi pada "Pemalu" (SR=4), "Mudah merasa bersalah" (SR=4), dan "Mudah merasa tegang" (KD=3), serta indikator perilaku seperti "Gelisah saat duduk" (KD=3) dan "Bergantung pada bantuan orang lain" (KD=3). Kesimpulan: Kesulitan menulis subjek tidak terprofilkan sebagai defisit kognitif atau motorik primer, melainkan sebagai manifestasi yang sangat terkait dengan kecemasan akademik, perilaku menghindar (avoidance behaviour), dan disregulasi emosi. Intervensi holistik yang tidak hanya berfokus pada motorik sangat diimplikasikan.
