Journal of ICSAR is a scientific activity undertaken by various Southeast Asian countries, which started in 2009 at UPI Bandung. One of the goals of this activity is to enrich the treasury of special education.
Starting in January 2017, the Journal of ICSAR was published online at http://journal2.um.ac.id/index.php/icsar/index by the Special Education Department, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Malang.
